You will find a copy of our rental agreement here for your review. Rental agreement is considered agreed upon and entered into upon placing your reservation by phone. The security code on the back of your credit card is your electronic signature on this agreement. Please review the rental agreement before you place your reservation. It contains important information regarding damage/security deposit requirements, cancellation policy, non-smoking policy, as well as other important information about our cabin rules. You will also be supplied with a printed copy of the rental agreement via email once you place your reservation. Person making the reservation must provide photo ID such as a driver’s license, and will be asked to sign the rental agreement at the time you are making the reservation.

Pet Friendly: We are a pet friendly cabin rental. We love animals, and welcome well-mannered and house-broken pets. We ask that pets be kept on a leash when outside with you, and not be left alone in your cabin unless crated. We allow up to two pets per cabin with prior approval. Pets are allowed at almost all of the nearby State Park areas. For details check out the rental agreement.
